Implement traffic management plans
This learner manual supports delivery of RIIWHS302E Implement traffic management plans. It is a white-label resource: add your RTO logo, RTO code and contact details, and contextualise the jurisdiction-specific sections before delivery.
This unit is built but has not passed the sale gate, so it is not for sale and nothing here can be bought yet. The gate is the QA checker exiting clean and a validation record signed by a TAE-qualified assessor — both, every time, with no way to skip either.
What is actually in it.
One section of the learner manual, one theory question, three of the 153 observables and three rows of the mapping matrix. Every word is lifted straight out of the pack.
S1 What you must be able to do
- a lane closure
- a lateral shift
- implementing a traffic management plan at an intersection
Three of the 153 observables · T23 Overall unit decision (complete after all three projects)
- Theory assessment (Doc 04) satisfactory — all 34 questions
- Project 1 observation satisfactory
- Project 2 observation satisfactory
How the mapping is proved
Nobody types the matrix. Every block in the pack names the performance criteria, performance evidence and knowledge evidence it addresses, and the matrix is computed from those names at build time — 36 requirements, 13 taught, 16 assessed, 23 gaps. A requirement with nothing pointing at it cannot be hidden, because nobody wrote this table.

Learner manual
Every section names the performance criteria it addresses.
Trainer presentation
On the TronWick template, rendered from the same source as the manual.
Mapping matrix
Computed from the pack, not typed.
Theory assessment — candidate
The questions, without the benchmark answers.
Theory marking guide — assessor
The same paper with one benchmark answer per question.
Practical assessment — candidate
Tasks, conditions and the machine capture sheet.
Practical observation guide — assessor
The same tasks with the observable actions as a tick list.
Licence and conditions of use
Licensing position, exclusions, what you must complete before delivery, and your licence terms.
Registered training organisations with this unit on scope can deliver it and assess against it — the pack is your evidence for the assessment conditions, and the mapping is already computed. Businesses training their own people can licence it too: most of a pack is the part you would have written yourself. You cannot issue a Statement of Attainment for it, and nothing in the pack claims you can.
$199.00 + GST when it lands.
Or $239.99 including GST with your branding on it. One organisation, unlimited internal delivery, no end date and nothing recurring.
