Next step

See it with your own register in it.

Send a sample of what you keep today and we will show you the same information running in the system — including what it reports as missing.

What to send

Any one of these is enough.

You do not need all three, and you do not need to tidy anything up first. The point of the exercise is to see what the system says about your data as it actually is.

A document register

Whatever you keep now — a spreadsheet of procedures with revision numbers and dates is exactly right. Messy is fine and more useful than tidy.

A training matrix

People against tickets and expiry dates. This is usually the one that shows the most, because expiries are where a shared drive fails first.

A plant list

Equipment, servicing intervals, last service. Optional, but it makes the demo look like your business rather than a sample one.

What happens to it

It goes into an instance that is yours.

Your data is loaded into its own database, in Australia — not a shared demo system with other businesses in it. If you decide against us, it is deleted and we tell you when. If you go ahead, that instance is the one you keep.
