S2 How you will be assessed
- answer the written theory questions in Document 04 correctly (knowledge evidence)
- operate and maintain a four-wheel drive vehicle on at least two separate occasions, observed by your assessor (performance evidence)
- produce written records — at minimum a completed pre-departure check sheet and a written vehicle performance / fault report (PC 6.3 and the Writing foundation skill)
- do all of the above safely, in the context of your industry sector, using your workplace's actual policies, procedures and documentation.

- Obtains the work instruction and confirms the work requirements with the supervisor/assessor by restating them and asking questions

- Identifies and states the structural and handling differences between a 2WD and the 4WD being used
How the mapping is proved
Nobody types the matrix. Every block in the pack names the performance criteria, performance evidence and knowledge evidence it addresses, and the matrix is computed from those names at build time — 83 requirements, 29 taught, 0 assessed, 83 gaps. A requirement with nothing pointing at it cannot be hidden, because nobody wrote this table.

Registered training organisations with this unit on scope can deliver it and assess against it — the pack is your evidence for the assessment conditions, and the mapping is already computed. Businesses training their own people can licence it too: most of a pack is the part you would have written yourself. You cannot issue a Statement of Attainment for it, and nothing in the pack claims you can.
