A figure written on a docket, entered into a spreadsheet, then re-entered into a report. Each hop is somebody's time and a chance to get it wrong. We make the first entry the only one.
The monthly report built from scratch
Someone spends the first days of every month assembling a report out of files that already hold the answer. If the numbers exist, the report can build itself and land in an inbox on the first.
Forms that live on paper
Pre-starts, dockets, checklists, timesheets. Collected on site, driven to an office, typed up by someone else. Captured once on a phone, they arrive already counted.
Chasing what has not come back
The follow-up is the job — who has not returned the form, whose ticket lapses next month, which supplier has not sent an updated certificate. Chasing is exactly the kind of work software does without getting tired of it.
We map it before we build anything.
The first engagement is watching how the work actually moves — not how the procedure says it moves. Who touches what, how many times, and where it waits. Most of what turns up is not on any process map.
Then we build the smallest thing that removes the most hours, and you use it before we build the next one. Nothing is delivered as a big bang, because a system nobody has used yet is a guess.
